1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the zx77 website accessible at zx77.bid and all associated mobile browser interfaces, products, and services operated by zx77.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the zx77 Platform through which all betting, gaming, and payment activities are conducted.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, funded through approved deposit methods and drawn upon for wagering activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a zx77 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process zx77 applies to all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed under Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the zx77 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on zx77 or by accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the zx77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By registering an Account on zx77, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person and are registering solely for your own personal use;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close relative of a zx77 employee or partner organisation where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the zx77 Platform or had an Account closed by zx77 for a breach of these Terms.

zx77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be verified to the satisfaction of zx77's compliance team. Deposits held in suspended under-age accounts will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) active Account on the zx77 Platform. The operation of more than one Account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where zx77 identifies that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts, zx77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, permanently forfeit all balances held across those Accounts at the time of identification, and void any pending bets or bonus credits.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during Account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 KYC Identity Verification

zx77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. All Accounts are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed. Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photographic identification document. zx77's compliance team will advise you of the documents required at the time a withdrawal is initiated on an unverified Account.

5. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zx77 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (One-Time Password) codes delivered to your registered mobile device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

zx77 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP or JazzCash OTP as an additional layer of Account security. zx77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify zx77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account by contacting the zx77 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. zx77 will take reasonable steps to suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

zx77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and prepaid cards. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Payments section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.2 PKR Currency

The zx77 Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are received in PKR, all Wallet balances are denominated in PKR, all wagers are placed in PKR, and all withdrawals are disbursed in PKR. zx77 does not charge currency conversion fees. Where a payment processor applies an independent conversion fee, this will be disclosed at the point of transaction initiation.

6.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your zx77 Wallet from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with completed KYC verification are processed by zx77 as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within three (3) minutes of request submission; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. All withdrawal requests submitted before midnight on any calendar day will be initiated on that same calendar day.

7.2 Withdrawal to Verified Payment Methods Only

Withdrawals will only be disbursed to a payment method registered in your name that has been used for a prior deposit on your Account or that has been verified during the KYC process. zx77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagers are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus promotion. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

zx77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• zx77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• Bonus offers are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• zx77 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and to close any Account where the Platform determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to specific bonus promotions are published on the relevant promotion page and are strictly enforced.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on zx77 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. All casino games on zx77 are governed by the rules published within the individual game's interface. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply to all activity on the Platform:

• All bets accepted by zx77 are final once confirmed on screen. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific cash-out or edit facility is offered in the relevant market.
• zx77 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error has occurred in the publication of odds, including manifest pricing errors, and to refund the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.
• All game results on the zx77 Platform are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of real dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by zx77 or by any Player.
• zx77 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised, including where sports match-fixing is suspected.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the zx77 Platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human-operated system to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, game malfunctions, or odds pricing errors with the intent to profit from such errors;
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid verification thresholds, or using zx77 as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or from unauthorised third-party accounts;
• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the zx77 Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming and betting.

11. Responsible Gaming

zx77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from the account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the Player and take effect immediately upon activation;
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically end the gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 30 days can be applied by the Player at any time;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the zx77 Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting the zx77 support team. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

zx77 will not send marketing communications to any Player who has activated self-exclusion. Responsible gaming tools are provided free of charge and their use will not result in forfeiture of any real-money balance held in your Wallet at the time of activation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the zx77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of zx77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content in any form or medium;
• Using any zx77 trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of zx77;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Using data-scraping, data-mining, or automated data-collection tools on the Platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• zx77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, howsoever caused;
• The total aggregate liability of zx77 to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• zx77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or force majeure events beyond zx77's reasonable control;
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes zx77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Suspension & Termination

zx77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• zx77 is required to do so under applicable law or the direction of a regulatory authority;
• zx77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder;
• KYC verification has been requested and not completed within a reasonable period specified by zx77.

Where an Account is closed by zx77 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, the real-money balance held in the Player's Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period following KYC verification.

15. Amendments to These Terms

zx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, zx77 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account prior to the amendment taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zx77's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zx77 Platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under zx77's gaming license. zx77 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally through the zx77 support team in the first instance.
